St Columbas Parents’ Association
Welcome to the St Columbas Parents’ Association (SCPA).
Our role is overwhelmingly social and involves organising events for everyone to enjoy, ranging from the Welcome BBQ and annual Christmas Ball, to informal coffee mornings, quiz nights and other social events. St Columba’s College has a strong sense of community and the SCPA benefits from and builds on this.
The aims of the SCPA are:
- To be social by providing events where parents, teachers and friends of the community can get to know each other.
- To raise funds by organising events to provide funds for projects the College could not otherwise afford.
- To be of service by providing a pool of volunteers to enhance the College community.
There are many ways to become involved in the SCPA. You can attend the termly committee meetings or volunteer at events, perhaps by making cakes, helping to set up, serving refreshments or tidying up. For the Prep School, please keep an eye on the notice board at the back of the Prep. If you would like to get involved in the committee or as a Class Representative, please contact the school office for more information.
