The Columban Fayre: Where Festivity Meets Charity at St Columba’s College
Join us on Saturday 22nd November
Since the founding of St Columba’s College in 1955, the spirit of enterprise and community has been central to the College’s ethos. One of the most cherished traditions to grow from this is the annual Columban Fayre – a Christmas celebration that has become a highlight of the school calendar.
What began as a small fundraising initiative has evolved into a beloved family event that brings together our families and the wider St Albans community for a morning of festive fun.
On Saturday 22nd November, the College will once again be transformed into a winter wonderland, filled with activities and attractions for all to enjoy. From fun games and competitions to the ever-popular 1,000 Bottle Stall, raffles, food stalls offering seasonal treats and a Secret Santa stall brimming with gifts, the Columban Fayre perfectly captures the joy and spirit of the festive season.
The event also welcomes businesses who host their own stalls, helping families with their Christmas shopping lists and adding to the vibrant atmosphere. More than just a fundraiser, the Columban Fayre is an occasion that brings people together to share in the joy of the festive season.
Each year, proceeds from the Fayre support a range of charities, ensuring that the spirit of giving remains at the heart of this much-loved event.
So come along, enjoy some Christmas shopping, mulled wine, mince pies, games, and festive cheer and be part of a wonderful St Columba’s tradition!
