Students experience Spanish culture

Senior School Outings/Workshops

SCC student, Joshua, tells us about the trip:

A group of thirteen students, along with Mr Buxton and Ms Manrique, travelled to Cordoba to meet our host families and begin what would be the start of a five-day immersion into Spanish culture. During that time, we undertook the task of learning the Flamenco and watching some beautiful Andalusian horses.

One of the highlights for the boys would have to be the chocolate con churros, a typical Spanish winter snack (which we ate at a lovely twenty degrees!). Sadly, the time came for us to return to the normality of English life and we bid farewell to our families and began the journey back to London Stansted airport, just in time for the half term holiday.

Muchas gracias go to Mr Buxton and Ms Manrique for organising such an amazing trip.
