Ministry

The College Ministry Team is responsible for coordinating the spiritual welfare of every student. The team is comprised of staff from the Senior and Prep Schools and is supported by our Chaplain, Father Tim Edgar.

Among the activities organised by the team and key staff in the departments are retreats for each year group; liturgical celebrations at significant points in the school year; times for prayer and reflection; programmes for moral and ethical development; resources for tutors; leadership training and emotional development activities for students as appropriate to their age.

The team also offers programmes and resources for parents and will  be implementing in the Senior department, its  Love, Life & Liberty programme which covers a wide-range of relationship issues, sex education, family life issues, and emotional intelligence training. In the Prep School similar issues are taught through an appropriate developmental programme called ‘A Journey in Love’.

Parents should feel free to contact the team should they have questions about the spiritual formation of their sons, or if they would like to explore ways in which particular religious traditions can be supported in the College.
