GCSE Public Examination Results Summer 2016

Congratulations to James Bromfield who achieved a full set of 11 GCSE grades at A*. James was one of thirteen students this year to gain at least 10A*/A grades and particular mention should go to Andrew Harvey, Freddie Howell and Matthew Ronchetti who all achieved the magical 10 A* grades.

The highlights within the whole cohort saw that 14% of grades awarded were at A*, 40% at A*/A and 70% at A*-B. Individual Department highlights included 75% of all Latin GCSE’s being awarded at A*/A, In History IGCSE the figure was 65% and in subjects taken by the whole cohort such as Mathematics and Religious Studies we saw over half the year group achieving A*/A grades.
