Social Opportunities

Students are encouraged to attend our social occasions, which help instil community spirit. It is important to strike the right balance between academic and social life. There is a Sixth Form Committee, which recommends half-termly social events, based on the suggestions of their peers.

The College works closely with neighbouring girls’ schools to arrange events, such as quizzes and theatre trips. The students also participate in team-building experiences, such as white water rafting and meals out. At the end of the Upper Sixth, the students have a formal dinner with their teachers at Sopwell House in St Albans. This always proves to be a most enjoyable and memorable experience.
