Helpful and detailed reports provide an excellent summary of the pupils' attainment, progress, targets and personal development. ISI Report, January 2015

Each student’s progress is closely monitored throughout the Sixth Form.

Students are encouraged and guided to select the correct AS/A level subjects. The College uses a number of indicators, such as GCSE results, A Level Information Service (ALIS) testing and target grades to ensure they are on track. Subject leaders and tutors liaise and regular meeting are held to highlight any potential underperforming students, so that the College can pre-empt, and therefore provide, the extra support needed. There is one parent consultation in November for the Lower Sixth and two consultations for the Upper Sixth in October and March.

Outside of these formal occasions, the Head of Sixth Form will regularly meet with parents to ensure communication is ongoing.
